It is obvious that intestinal eubacteriosis of infants is provided by mother's milk. The composition of human breast-milk greatly differs from cow's milk, especially from denaturated cow's milk-powder. At the same time milk of horse-species is explicitly similar to human breast-milk. Ingredients of the tablets made of donkey's milk and mare's milk ensure maintenance of vaginal ecosystem. They supplant ready-to-propagate pathogens lying in ambush, appearing during sexual intercourse (just like mother's milk does it in an infant's intestines, contrarily to cow's milk preparations).

Lactose (milk-sugar) feeds lactobacilli, the shield of self-defence, too. At the same time most pathogens do not consume milk-sugar at all. Sodium bicarbonate and citric acid create acidic conditions immediately. They try to maintain acidic conditions, even in case clumsiness and carelessness impair it.

Such impairing factors might be stagnating sexual fluids, menstrual blood, wiping with toilet paper in the wrong direction ( forwards), water of swimming pool, soap applied on own or male sexual organs, unrinsed tablets, gels or suppositories. Carelessness might mean a cervical orifice wound, splitting of the cervical orifice, an improperly closing perineum, a descended uterus or bladder, etc.
